We're recruiting on behalf of our retained client on the outskirts of Colchester for a talented

Chef de Partie to join its professional kitchen brigades.

Working with fresh, seasonal produce, you'll take ownership of your section, maintain exceptional standards, and play a key role in delivering outstanding food.

Previous Rosette experience is preferred , but chefs from other quality fresh food backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

The Role

  • Run your own section with confidence.
  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes.
  • Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen.
  • Maintain excellent food hygiene and HACCP standards.
  • Assist with stock control and minimise food waste.

  • Experience as a Chef de Partie.
  • Previous Rosette experience preferred.
  • Passion for fresh food and quality ingredients.
  • A positive attitude and strong team ethic.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced kitchen.
