What you’ll be doing
- Preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality dishes for weddings, events and afternoon tea
- Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Helping deliver smooth, well-organised services, including busy banqueting shifts
- Maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene and presentation
- Working collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams
What we’re looking for
- At least 5 years’ experience as a chef
- Previous banqueting, events or high-volume catering experience
- A genuine commitment to fresh food and consistent quality
- A reliable, organised approach and the ability to stay calm during busy services
- A full driving licence and access to a car—essential due to the venue’s location
