Specialized Concept Store in Ruislip is looking for a driven and customer‑focused Assistant Manager to help lead our team. As Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting the day‑to‑day running of the store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including sales/web sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision
  • Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering excellent customer service and expert product advice
  • Assist with staff training, development, and performance management
  • Help plan and execute in‑store merchandising and promotional activities
  • Monitor store KPIs and help drive sales targets
  • Take ownership of specific operational areas (e.g. stock control, scheduling, events coordination)
  • Step up to manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager

Skills/Experience Required

  • Previous retail management or supervisory experience (bike industry experience is a strong advantage)
