We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised, and customer-focused E-Commerce & Shop Floor Sales Assistant to join our team. This hybrid role combines online retail operations with face-to-face customer service, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both digital retail and working directly with people. You'll play a key role in ensuring our online store runs smoothly while also delivering exceptional service to customers visiting the shop.
From processing online orders and maintaining accurate product listings to helping customers find the right bike, parts, and accessories, no two days are the same. For the right candidate, this role offers the opportunity to take on Keyholder responsibilities and act as Assistant Manager in the Store Manager's absence, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the business while providing a clear pathway for future career progression.
Key Responsibilities- Process and fulfil online customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Create, update, and maintain online product listings, including descriptions, pricing, specifications, and images.
- Maintain accurate stock levels across the website and point-of-sale system.
- Monitor inventory and report stock discrepancies.
- Respond to customer enquiries via email, telephone, and online channels.
- Assist with website promotions, new product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Work closely with suppliers and the workshop to ensure accurate product availability.
