Job Summary: The Senior FP&A Analyst is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining OneStream reporting models and dashboards that support forecasting, performance management, and senior decision‑making. The role combines strong FP&A expertise with technical systems capability to deliver accurate, scalable, and insight‑driven reporting.

Detailed Description:

  • Design, build, and maintain OneStream reporting models, including Cube Views, Quick Views, and XFGetCell‑based reports.
  • Develop and own standardized OneStream dashboards covering P&L, cashflow, balance sheet, working capital, and forecast vs actual performance.
  • Translate finance and business requirements into clear, scalable reporting solutions.
  • Act as the FP&A subject‑matter expert for OneStream reporting, ensuring best practice and consistency.
  • Ensure data integrity and reconciliation between ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and OneStream outputs.
  • Deliver accurate, timely dashboards to support month‑end, forecast, and budget cycles.
  • Drive standardization and automation of FP&A reporting across the business.
  • Partner with FP&A, Group Finance, and IT on OneStream reporting enhancements.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience in FP&A or corporate finance.
  • Qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA or equivalent).
  • Strong hands‑on experience with OneStream reporting and dashboards.
  • Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate financial information clearly to senior stakeholders.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
  • Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
  • Experience improving or automating reporting processes.
