At Raylo, we’re on a mission to accelerate the move to a circular economy. We’re building a category-defining global subscription infrastructure, making premium tech accessible and affordable for both consumers and businesses. With over 180,000 subscribers in the UK and growth accelerating, we’ve proven the demand for a smarter, more sustainable way to access technology.

Raylo is a fast-growing and profitable company, backed by global investors including Macquarie, NatWest, and Channel 4 Ventures. We have been B-Corp certified since 2021 and were recently acknowledged by S&P Global for the positive impact of our circular business model via a Green Financing with NatWest.

Our Core Values:

  • Be deeply curious – We thrive on innovation through diverse approaches, views, and people.
  • Walk in your customer’s shoes – To build the best products and make the best decisions for the long term, we must figure out what our customers need, not just what they want.
  • Focus and execute – We have a big vision, but we believe in nailing the most important problems first.
  • Be gritty – Only gritty teams succeed. Our individual ownership, passion, and perseverance mean we’re a team through thick and thin.

This is a newly created role designed to own and optimise Raylo’s reverse logistics and device management operations, a crucial area for margin protection and sustainable growth. Reporting to our VP of Operations, you’ll partner across Legal, Finance, Risk Strategy, and Commercial teams to improve performance, reduce fraud, and build a scalable operational function.

You’ll build new processes from scratch, lead the rollout of key integrations (like Apple Business Manager), and negotiate with external suppliers to improve performance. The impact? A data-led, commercially impactful function that plays a vital role in Raylo’s circular tech model.

In the longer term, you’ll shape the strategic direction of device management operations, with career progression into broader supply chain, risk, or commercial leadership roles.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and own scalable device management operations, from workflows to third-party engagement.
  • Map current device management processes and identify key pain points, inefficiencies, and revenue risks.
  • Design and implement KPIs to track and measure performance over time.
  • Integrate Apple Business Manager workflows to automate Mobile Device Management (MDM).
  • Establish strong relationships with external suppliers, negotiating improved recovery terms.
  • Partner with Legal to launch recovery notices and legal recourse workflows.
  • Deliver reporting dashboards for cross-functional visibility of performance.
  • Reduce fraud and loss rates through process tightening and data-driven insights.
  • Champion continuous improvement, collaborating with Finance, Legal, and Commercial.
  • Own and drive recovery volume targets.

You’ll Succeed With:

  • 3+ years of experience in logistics, technical operations, supply chain, or reverse logistics.
  • Education to a degree level, ideally in a STEM subject.
  • Proficiency in leveraging data analytics (Looker, Amplitude, Google Analytics, etc.) to inform strategic decisions.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience negotiating with external vendors or suppliers.
  • Experience working with reporting tools (e.g. Power BI), CRM systems, and KPI design.
  • A strong communicator who can influence both internal and external stakeholders.
  • A proactive, self-starting mindset with high ownership and professional presence.
  • Passion for Raylo’s sustainability mission and a desire to make measurable impact.

We’re not looking for you to meet every point on this job description; please still get in touch if you think you could add value and do your best work here at Raylo. We’d love to have a chat and see if you could be a great fit.

  • Get the latest tech – Exclusive Raylo device lease for employees.
  • 33 days off, your way – 25 days + 8 bank holidays with full flexibility to use on the days that mean the most to you.
  • Invest in your growth – L&D budget to support the skills you value.
  • Fast-track your career – Two performance reviews a year.
