Raylo is seeking a CRM/Retention Marketing professional to own end-to-end retention journeys for customers in Belfast. You will manage multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, in-app), segment audiences, and partner with Analytics and Product to optimise cohort dynamics.
You’ll pull data from BigQuery, build Looker/Lightdash dashboards and report on retention, ARR and NDR. AI tools will be used to automate flow creation and QA, driving smart, scalable campaigns.
