At Raylo, we're on a mission to accelerate the move to a circular economy. The only way customers and manufacturers will make that shift is if it's simple and cost-effective - this is where we come in. We're building a category-defining global marketplace, making premium tech available via subscription for both consumers and businesses. With over 100,000 subscribers in the UK and growth accelerating, we've proven the demand for a smarter, more sustainable way to access technology.

Raylo is a B Corp-certified company, driven by purpose and backed by leading investors including NatWest, Channel 4 Ventures, Macquarie, Octopus Ventures, and Telefónica. We've been recognised as part of Tech Nation's Future Fifty programme, and acknowledged by S&P Global as a Green Financing company. Raylo is also proud to be an Endeavor company, underscoring our role as a high-impact, mission-driven business with global ambitions.

At Raylo, performance matters. We set ambitious goals, move fast, and hold ourselves to a high standard, because our mission is too important to settle for less.

Our Core Values

  • Be deeply curious: We thrive on innovation through diverse approaches, views, and people.
  • Walk in your customers' shoes: To build the best products and make the best decisions for the long term, we must figure out what our customers need, not just what they want.
  • Focus and execute: We have a big vision, but we believe in nailing the most important problems first.
  • Be gritty: Only gritty teams succeed. Our individual ownership, passion, and perseverance mean we're a team through thick and thin.

What to Expect

You’ll be joining Raylo's high-performing Buying & Operations function at a time of exciting growth, with the business aiming to expand its customer base by 60% in the next year. To support this, we're significantly growing our product range and doubling down on device availability and commercial optimisation. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring that our refurbished and new tech products (including phones and accessories) are available, profitable, and delivered on time. You’ll split your time evenly across supplier coordination, purchase ordering, inbound logistics, and inventory tracking. You’ll be supported by a collaborative and experienced team but will be trusted with real ownership from day one. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that sits at the intersection of commercial buying, supply chain operations, and partner management. You’ll work closely with teams across the business and be given clear, accelerated development toward a Buyer or Category Manager role as you grow with us.

What You’ll Do

  • Own end-to-end demand planning and inventory management across multiple product categories, ensuring the right balance between availability and minimal waste.
  • Analyse data, market trends, and performance KPIs to generate accurate, agile forecasts that enable proactive decision-making.
  • Leverage data to forecast demand shifts, anticipate supply challenges, and influence commercial decisions that maximise customer satisfaction and business performance.
  • Monitor supplier delivery performance, identifying, escalating, and resolving delays or discrepancies to maintain a consistent and reliable supply flow.
  • Track and report on product availability and stock health, identifying risks early and implementing data-led actions to optimise performance.
  • Support product launches and seasonal changes through detailed forecasting and precise delivery coordination.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal partners, communicating insights clearly and driving collaboration that enhances efficiency and service levels.
  • Champion continuous improvement, enhancing forecasting tools, reporting dashboards, and analytical processes to improve speed, accuracy, and transparency.
  • Drive accountability through clear KPI tracking, reporting, and regular performance reviews, ensuring that every decision is grounded in data and aligned to business goals.

You’ll Succeed With

  • A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field (or a degree with supply chain or procurement modules).
  • 1+ years of experience in data analytics in a supply chain, operations role or similar, ideally in consumer tech, eCommerce, or FMCG.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, to support decision-making.
  • Strong commercial acumen and confidence managing pricing, PO accuracy, and stock forecasts with suppliers and logistics partners.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships with professionalism and pace.
  • Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • (Bonus) Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment, or exposure to reverse logistics, refurbishment, or circular product categories.
