Our Company Rayleigh Instruments design, manufacture and distribute an extensive range of energy monitoring and renewables products including multifunction power metres, current transformers, inverters and batteries, communication gateways and an industry leading energy monitoring software - rayleighconnect. Established over 60 years ago, we are a leader in our industry, helping companies throughout the world monitor and manage energy usage to reduce both their carbon footprint and energy costs.
The Role
Due to ongoing organic growth and an internal promotion, we are recruiting a Business Development Manager for our UK South West region. The role involves working with a wide range of existing customers as well as identifying and securing new business to maximise revenue across our extensive range of products. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a track record of success in a technical sales role and be skilled in both strategic account management and the identification and conversion of new business. This position offers an excellent opportunity to move into the rapidly growing sustainability and renewables industry.
The package includes a competitive basic salary, annual performance related bonus (uncapped) and company car (electric). Area covered from Wales and Birmingham to Cornwall and the South Coast.
