About the Role

As a Junior Marketing Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of our marketing programme across multiple offices. You’ll gain hands‑on experience across a wide range of activities, from content creation and reporting to events and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the day‑to‑day implementation of marketing initiatives across all offices
  • Support the creation and management of marketing materials and literature
  • Help produce weekly and monthly reports, as well as the firm‑wide quarterly newsletter
  • Monitor trends and developments within the market and client base
  • Assist in organising events, including planning, bookings, and logistics
  • Track social media trends, mentions, and relevant content opportunities
  • Update and maintain website content using the CMS
  • Support the development of marketing plans and gain exposure to budget management
  • Contribute to ad‑hoc marketing projects and team initiatives

About You

Ideally educated to degree level (or equivalent) with around 1 year’s experience in a marketing role, or relevant internships/placements. Experience in professional services is beneficial but not essential.
