About the Role
As a Junior Marketing Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of our marketing programme across multiple offices. You’ll gain hands‑on experience across a wide range of activities, from content creation and reporting to events and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the day‑to‑day implementation of marketing initiatives across all offices
- Support the creation and management of marketing materials and literature
- Help produce weekly and monthly reports, as well as the firm‑wide quarterly newsletter
- Monitor trends and developments within the market and client base
- Assist in organising events, including planning, bookings, and logistics
- Track social media trends, mentions, and relevant content opportunities
- Update and maintain website content using the CMS
- Support the development of marketing plans and gain exposure to budget management
- Contribute to ad‑hoc marketing projects and team initiatives
About You
Ideally educated to degree level (or equivalent) with around 1 year’s experience in a marketing role, or relevant internships/placements. Experience in professional services is beneficial but not essential.

- Strong organisational, administrative, and communication skills
- High attention to detail with solid analytical and research abilities
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Professional, proactive, and aligned with team values
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends
- Experience with tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, Eventbrite, or Paperless Post is desirable
- Basic WordPress knowledge is an advantage
