We are seeking a highly organised and detail‑oriented Junior Legal Cashier to join our Finance team based in St Albans. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long‑term career within legal finance. No prior legal cashiering experience is required, as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Finance & Cashiering Support: Assist with processing transactions, banking, payments, and account reconciliations. Accurately post receipts and payments while maintaining financial records and documentation.
  • Administrative Support: Respond to finance queries and assist with invoices, expenses, and month‑end tasks. Maintain organised digital and physical finance records.
  • Compliance & Controls: Follow financial procedures, SRA Accounts Rules, and internal policies. Escalate discrepancies while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
