The AGM helps the General Manager to ensure that day-to-day business operations run smoothly. The AGM will draw up weekly schedules, order merchandise, and assist the General Manager with training, recruiting, promotions and planning.
Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age.Minimum of 1-year full-service restaurant leadership experience preferred.Serv Safe certified recommended (we provide training upon hiring)Computer literate and basic Math skills.An ability to identify weaknesses and provide coaching where necessary.Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.Reliable transportation required.Benefits: Health, vision, dental, accidental, STD, and life insurance plans.Full time position.Training and developmentPaid Time Off
