As part of our in-house marketing team, you will help bring our three brands Rayburn Tours, Venture Abroad, and Sports Tours Ltd to life through bold, engaging, and visually exciting content.

About the Role
This is a hands-on, varied role that will see you supporting the Creative Lead and collaborating closely with the wider Marketing team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality visual content across both print and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging marketing materials for both online and offline channels
- Contribute fresh creative ideas in weekly marketing meetings and ongoing campaigns
- Create and schedule on-brand social media graphics across multiple platforms
- Uphold and champion brand guidelines across all outputs
- Propose new concepts to elevate marketing campaigns and collateral
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand product offerings, campaign goals, and audience needs
- Provide occasional administrative support across design and content scheduling
About You
We are looking for an enthusiastic designer with a strong sense of creativity, organisation, and attention to detail. You'll be mentored by our Creative Lead and given the autonomy to see projects through from concept to completion, working within brand parameters while adding your own creative flair.
Essential Skills & Experience
- A recognised graphic design qualification and/or a minimum of 2 years in a design role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
- A good understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Creative mindset with the confidence to pitch ideas and try new approaches
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks
Desirable Skills
- Experience using WordPress
- Confident communication and writing skills
