RayFire Services were established to provide local, direct and professional fire alarm servicing to the region, offering expertise to local businesses for a realistic cost. Our expertise in fire alarm services spans over two decades, catering to a variety of needs from design through to installation and more.

As we continue toward more growth, we are looking to expand the team to keep up with high customer demand. You will be part of a strong team who all understand the importance of working together to ensure a high level of service is delivered. You will be given support, training, and a realistic workload to help ensure you achieve job satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to also play a key role in setting up and helping manage a new region for future growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • To be the lead company representative in the London area
  • Dealing with reactive callouts
  • Arranging preventative maintenance visits
  • Scheduling your own work and that of others
  • Surveying to enable quotes to customers for remedial works
  • Liaising with other engineers, clients, sub-contractors and suppliers daily
  • Managing receipt of stock deliveries
  • Commissioning of fire systems
  • Servicing of fire systems, access systems and the odd CCTV system

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Highly knowledgeable with Advanced and Apollo
  • Experienced working on large projects
  • Autonomous working track record
  • Access control and CCTV competency
  • Over 5 years working on fire systems is essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to use own initiative and a natural problem solver
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience of working in a similar role within the industry is desirable
