We’re looking for a motivated, hands‑on developer to join our team. You’ll be part of a tight‑knit, award‑winning digital team where you’ll take real ownership of projects, building, maintaining and optimising WordPress websites, while keeping client sites secure, fast and technically optimised for search. Shopify experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Build, customise, and maintain WordPress websites
- Carry out regular WordPress maintenance: plugin updates, security monitoring, backups, troubleshooting
- Technical SEO optimisation: site speed improvements, schema, crawl/indexation fixes, on‑page performance tuning
- Integrate third‑party tools and APIs where needed
- Troubleshoot bugs and continuously optimise site performance
- Work closely with designers and account leads—your input matters
- Deliver high‑quality work on time
- Take initiative: if there’s a better way, share it
What you\’ll bring
- Experience (freelance, placement, personal projects all count)
- Familiarity with PHP and WordPress (Shopify and Liquid as a bonus)
- Understanding of technical SEO fundamentals (speed, mobile‑first, structured data)
- Some knowledge of managed cloud hosting platforms (e.g. Cloudways)
- Domain name and DNS support
- Problem‑solving mindset, clear communication, and a team‑first approach
- Bonus: WooCommerce or SEO auditing tools
- Experience with builders such as Elemetor or and Oxygen Builder / Gutenberg
