Your first step into commercial design starts in Coventry. Join an award-winning team, learn from mentors with years of industry experience, and work across a range of sectors and design projects. Over a 12-month paid internship you’ll progress from assisting to owning brand and digital work, with reviews at 3, 6 and 12 months. You’ll leave with live projects in your portfolio and the confidence to step into a junior design role.

Responsibilities
- Design brand moodboards and visual direction
- Create logotypes, core assets and simple brand guidelines
- Develop original illustrations and icon sets when needed
- Contribute ideas to campaigns and present your thinking clearly
- Join brainstorms and critiques; bring energy and opinions
- Produce social graphics, email visuals and display assets
- Populate content in WordPress and support QA across sites
- Prepare artwork to a high finish and keep files neat
- Manage your time, admin and priorities in a fast-moving studio
- Work hybrid: a mix of studio days and focused time at home
What you'll bring
- A portfolio showing strong typography, layout and brand thinking
- Clear attention to detail and consistency across deliverables
- Comfort working to deadlines and asking for support early

- Solid Adobe skills: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD (Figma a plus)
