Role: Business Development & Pre-Construction Manager

  • Lead Generation & Networking
    • Attend construction, property and commercial real estate events across the UK.
    • Build relationships with architects, project managers, QS firms, developers, landlords, commercial agents, and consultants.
    • Generate opportunities for:
      • Commercial fit-outs

    • Coordinate bid submissions.

    • Build relationships with:
