Rawlins is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Learning Support Assistant to join our flourishing school. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team that spans across a mainstream setting and a specialist cognition and learning provision. Experience of working with young people with learning difficulties is desirable and candidates will have a passion for inspiring all students to reach the highest standards.
This is an excellent opportunity to join one of Leicestershire’s largest secondary schools, with over 1500 on roll including more than 300 in our A-Level specific Sixth Form. We are a highly inclusive school having our own Autism and a Moderate Learning Difficulties specialist unit on site alongside our school’s SEND support base. Pupils who attend these units are an integrated part of our school community.
There is a strong sense of community in the school, the village of Quorn and the surrounding areas with a committed and aspirational parent support base.
