Early Years Practitioner / SEND Support Officer
We are looking for an experienced Practitioner in term time only, for our Registered Charity Pre-School, working with children 2-5 years. The applicant will be a key person for a small group of children and will be responsible for observation and assessment and helping children reach their next steps. They will work as part of a team to deliver high standards of care and education. Experience working with SEND will be an advantage in this role as the applicant will be supporting our setting SENDCo working with specific children one to one. We are looking for an energetic, committed staff member, who puts children at the centre of their profession and is proactive in keeping standards of interaction, care, and policy and procedure high at all times. They must be committed to working in partnership with Parents to help every child achieve, in preparation for transition to school.
