Rawles Motorsport is a classic car restoration workshop renowned internationally for building the highest quality Austin Healeys. We specialise in restoration, sales, servicing and upgrades plus resto-mod builds. We are also experienced in other classic British marques such as Jaguar, Triumph, Daimler and Aston Martin.
We are offering a permanent position to work as part of a small, friendly and highly skilled restoration team at the top of the industry.
Your Responsibilities:
- Inspecting and assessing vehicles to identify wear and tear
- Testing, diagnosing, and resolving faults on cars
- Assessment of cars for future improvement
- Restoration, repair and replacement of components
- Rebuild of engines and gearboxes is desirable but not essential
- Tuning of engines for optimum running
- Fitting up restoration cars
- Carrying out routine maintenance and repair, MOT preparation
- Working on electrical and mechanical systems
- Liaising with customers to discuss potential work in progress
- Supporting other Technicians in the Workshop
- Clearly recording work carried out and parts used
Our Ideal candidate has a:
- Positive attitude and is a great team player

- Capability of working efficiently and reliably to the highest quality standards
- High standard of house-keeping
- Minimum level 3 vehicle maintenance & repair NVQ or equivalent
- 5 years minimum classic car experience
- Full uk driving license
