Our client based in Manchester are an independent multi-disciplinary building services consultancy offering a wide range of experience in all aspects of building services engineering. We have a high reputation for excellence, providing commercial solutions to clients' needs. They have a wide portfolio of experience within the building services sector, undertaking the complete range of mechanical and electrical consultancy services. Their project experience is extensive including work in both the private and public sectors undertaking commercial, industrial, retail, health, leisure and residential projects. They also work with healthcare, retail, commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical and property development clients.
To expand the business further they are now searching for a Director level person that has strong connections in the building services industry.
KEY INFORMATION
This role is integral in the day-to-day management of our clients' operations, driving performance, and ensuring they remain the services consultancy of choice in the industry. The Director is responsible for leading and mentoring a team of talented Electrical and Mechanical engineers and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within Electrical and Mechanical engineering. In addition to technical leadership, the Director will be involved in client engagement, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The ability to understand the needs and provide tailored solutions will be essential in driving client satisfaction and business growth. The Director collaborates with our leadership team to identify new opportunities and expand our service offerings.
