Overview We are looking for an ambitious and technically-minded Junior Developer to support the development and evolution of our internal ERP system, built on Airtable. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping digitise and automate our business workflows across product development, order management, logistics, and customer communication. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced and innovative fashion business, offering the chance to travel and work from our global offices in London, Dhaka, Hong Kong, and Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the ongoing development and customisation of Airtable-based ERP workflows across departments (Sales, Design, Production, Logistics)
- Build automations and integrations using Airtable Interfaces, Scripting, and 3rd-party tools (e.g. Make.com, Zapier, Webhooks)
- Support the design of user-friendly Airtable Interfaces for different teams
- Help manage data structure, schema design, and relational database logic
- Collaborate with third-party developers to integrate Airtable with external platforms (e.g. customer PLMs, finance systems)
- Provide basic technical support to internal users
- Contribute to documentation and training guides as the system evolves
