Bright Minds 2.0 is a 6-month, remote-first programme that prepares you for a commercial role in a high-growth startup.
Built and delivered by RAW Ventures, a European VC fund, in partnership with leading experts in entrepreneurship and startup training.
WHO CAN APPLY?
Bright Minds is open to graduates and early-career professionals who want to build a commercial career inside the startup world.
You don't need prior startup experience.
You need drive, curiosity, and a genuine interest in sales, marketing, or business development
DO I NEED A SPECIFIC DEGREE?
A Bachelor's degree is the minimum requirement, with a Master's recommended, but the subject doesn't matter.
We're looking for people who want to learn and build a commercial career in a startup environment, regardless of academic background.
WHAT’S THE TIME COMMITMENT?
Bright Minds is a full-time, six-month programme.
September 2026- March 2027.
The first two months are intensive training.
For the following four months, you're in a commercial role at a startup four days a week, with one day of Bright Minds curriculum continuing throughout.
WHERE DOES THE PROGRAMME TAKE PLACE?
The programme is remote-first, with three in-person Bootcamp Weeks in Europe (locations TBC).
These bring the full cohort together for intensive sessions and key programme milestones.
