Executive & Project Assistant to the Head of Talent in City of London

The role supports the Head of Talent with executive support, project coordination, recruitment and educational programmes across RAW Ventures' People & Talent function, Bright Minds Academy, portfolio companies and special projects. It is a hands‑on role requiring ownership and independent thinking, not traditional administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Head of Talent's calendar, meetings, correspondence and follow-ups.
• Coordinate projects, timelines and deliverables.
• Support the delivery of Bright Minds Academy and other educational programmes.
• Support recruitment for RAW Ventures and portfolio companies, from scheduling to onboarding.
• Act as a point of contact for founders, candidates, portfolio companies and partners.
• Organise events and special projects.

Essential Qualifications/Knowledge

• Experience as an executive assistant or project coordinator, or in operations, HR or recruitment.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail across multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Confidence in communicating with senior professionals, founders and partners.
• Ability to research and summarise information clearly.
• Discretion with confidential information.
• Adaptable to changing priorities and able to work independently.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of AI productivity tools and workflow automation.
• Additional European languages.
