We are Hiring – Freelance Fundraising Advisor (Angel Investors, Club Deals & SPVs)
We are looking for an experienced Fundraising Advisor (VAT required) to support us in structuring and managing our upcoming fundraising activities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Board in identifying and approaching Angel Investors and Club Deal.
- Support the preparation of investor meeting.
- Manage investor relations, follow-ups, and closing process.
- Provide strategic advice on fundraising instruments (SAFE, Convertible Notes, Equity).
- Bring expertise in the structuring and management of Club Deals and SPVs for investors.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in fundraising, investor relations, or venture capital.
- Strong personal network of Angel Investors.
- Solid understanding of Club Deals and SPV structures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Autonomy, professionalism, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Freelance / Partita IVA setup required.
