About us
RAW Sourcing is a supplier and manufacturer of Ready-made Garments (RMG), with an in-house production capacity of 5,000 pieces per day. In addition to our own manufacturing, we also source products from a trusted network of suppliers to meet diverse client needs, enabling us to operate without capacity limitations. Our mission is to deliver high-quality, commercially viable fashion products while maintaining strong, transparent relationships with global brands.
Role Overview:
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Fashion Professional with at least junior buyer/product manager experience, to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will be facilitating the sale of our products and services to clients across the UK and Europe, specifically within Buying and Sourcing departments of clothing brands and wholesalers. This role is ideal for someone with prior buying experience who wants to transition into a commercial, supplier-facing position.
Professional Development:
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong client relationships. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to the full fashion process—from development and sourcing to production and delivery. You’ll experience the industry from “the other side of the table,” significantly expanding your professional capabilities. Once you have a targeted number of clients on board, you will be promoted to an account manager. Much of your training will be on the job, but previous experience working as an assistant/junior buyer/product manager significantly helps.
Objectives of the role:
- Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritises growth and positive customer ratings
- Maintain positive professional relationships with clients
- Use expertise to improve sales revenue
- Monitor sales progress to ensure that corporate goals are being met
- Train junior professionals and help improve their skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and build relationships with new customers, including fashion brand buyers, wholesalers, and importers across Europe.
- Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions
- Contact potential clients to establish business relationships, arrange meetings, and maintain CRM logs.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Promote the company’s products and services to prospective clients
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients. Oversee new season development, ensuring product briefs, timelines, and sampling progress smoothly and commercially.
- Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events. Contribute to brand visibility by creating engaging content for social media and supporting marketing initiatives.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Buying/Merchandising, Fashion Design, or a related creative field (preferred). A drive to seek new business
- Strong, creative and commercial acumen.
- Excellent negotiation, telephone and communication skills.
- Experience in Product Development is a strong advantage.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multitask.
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential.
What We Offer:
- £32,000-£36,000 annual salary (depending on experience), plus performance-based sales bonuses.
- 4-day hybrid working week to support work–life balance.
- Clear career progression as the company continues to grow.
- Exposure to international suppliers, factories, and global fashion markets.
