Raw Selection is a genuine executive search firm located in Leeds City Centre that works exclusively with Private Equity firms to secure executive talent. Our Founder, Alex Rawlings, built the business with one goal—to become the No.1 executive search firm in Private Equity, and we need your help to achieve that.
We’re looking for a high attention to detail and conscientious Marketing Executive to complete creative, digital and operations marketing. Raw Selection has invested heavily in marketing since its founding in 2017, inspired by the likes of Gary Vaynerchuk and Jay Abraham. We want to take our marketing to the next level, and we need you to help us do so.

The Mission
The mission of the Marketing Executive is simple – execute to the highest standards. This means:
- Writing – Creating well-written documents for our clients and candidates.
- Social Media – Strengthening our presence across our podcast, YouTube, book, and other channels.
- Lead Generation – Partnering with the sales team to generate new candidates and new clients.
- Digital – Managing the website, YouTube, Podcast and other channels.
- Experience – Creating an exceptional client and candidate experience.

- Experience in a B2B marketing role
- 2+ years of marketing experience
- Experience with proposals, marketing collateral, and lead generation.
- Juggling multiple projects at once
- An understanding of creative, digital and operations marketing
- High competency in written English
