Build the hiring engine that takes Raw Selection to £10m.

This is not a “keep the inbox tidy/social posting” Marketing or Talent Acquisition role. It’s a pipeline-building, standards-setting, volume-driving seat with two purposes:

1. Own the marketing activity that strengthens trust, improves client retention, and drives commercial growth.

2. Run marketing campaigns to attract the top 10% graduates (and a small number of experienced hires) that will materially move the business.

Raw Selection is an executive search firm partnering with Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies to secure C-Suite and senior leadership talent across Europe and North America.

We’re in our next growth phase. The first milestone is £10m revenue. To get there, we need a proactive, commercially-minded marketing professional who can deliver and upgrade our Trust client marketing process and build a predictable hiring machine, marketing to, qualifying, and closing high-calibre people who thrive in a high-performance culture.

What this role includes

  • Owning the trust process of Know, Like, Trust
  • Building and sending proposals to clients
  • Writing best-in-class job adverts, search briefs and Talent Engagement Packs (Job adverts on steroids)
  • Owning client retention and surprise/delight
  • Build the hiring engine to £10m: predictable monthly hiring numbers, not “ad hoc” recruiting
  • Own the full funnel: attraction → sourcing → screening → interviewing → offers → start dates → onboarding handover
  • Graduate hiring machine: campus strategy, societies, events, partnerships, referral engine, assessment days
  • Direct sourcing: LinkedIn/headhunting for top performers (and a small number of experienced hires)
  • High standards screening: scorecards, structured interviews, calibration, no “maybe” hires
  • Employer brand + ads: write adverts, run campaigns, improve conversion rates across each stage
  • Process and documentation: interview training for managers, templates, candidate comms, consistent candidate experience
  • Stakeholder management: works directly with leadership to forecast headcount and prioritise roles
  • Onboarding quality control: ensure new hires hit early ramp metrics, feed lessons back into hiring

Requirements

  • Marketing degree
  • Evidence of building or scaling funnel-based campaigns
  • Big ambitions + long term mindset
  • Comfortable in conducting phone interviews and managing interview processes
  • High resilience
  • Highest standards for work ethic
  • Demonstration of investing in yourself

Location

Leeds city centre, office-based

Compensation

Basic Salary: £26,000 to £35,000

Bonus: 10 to 15% of salary
