Raw Selection is an executive search firm partnering with Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies to secure executive talent. We are in our next growth phase, aiming for a milestone of £10M in revenue by building the next tranche of graduates into elite private equity executive search professionals.
What this role includes:
- 9-month development programme: daily role play, call reviews, structured L&D programme
- Daily conversations with CEOs, CFOs, and COOs across Private Equity-backed companies
- High volume outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- High-performance targets and metrics focus

Compensation: 1st year OTE: £30,000 to £35,000; 2nd year OTE: £50,000 to £80,000
