Our Founder, Alex Rawlings, built the business with one goal - to become the No.1 executive search firm in Private Equity, and we need your help to achieve that.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and driven Growth Marketing Manager with a sharp eye for data, content, and campaign execution, someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing and commercial growth. Raw Selection has invested heavily in marketing since its founding in 2017, inspired by the likes of Gary Vaynerchuk and Jay Abraham. We want to take our marketing to the next level, and we were hoping you could help us do so.

The Mission
The mission of the Growth Marketing Manager is simple - drive demand and build quality pipelines. This means:
- Demand Generation - B2B lead generation across email, CRM, content and LinkedIn to attract and convert the right prospects.
- Nurture & Conversion - Building smart, data-led nurture journeys that move leads through the funnel and support sales in hitting pipeline goals.
- Content & Engagement - Using relevant content and LinkedIn strategies to spark interest, build trust, and drive demand.
- Experiment & Optimise - Driving a culture of testing, learning and iterating to uncover new growth opportunities and continuously improve performance.
What we’re looking for
Must-Haves
- 3–5 years in a B2B marketing or lead generation role
- Data-driven, analytical, and focused on measurable results
- Strong written English and confident creating content
- Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and deadlines
- Experience with email marketing, CRM, and digital channels
- Marketing qualification or relevant experience
