We work exclusively with Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies across Europe and North America. We partner with our clients to secure investment and back-office professionals, then our portfolio division introduces the CEO, CFO and COO profiles into the companies they acquire.

About the Opportunity:

With ongoing Recruitment training and support from our team, you’ll be combining a number of strategies for generating leads for potential new searches for private equity firms:

• Mass email marketing campaigns
• LinkedIn messaging and posting
• Targeted email campaigns
• Outbound calls

This will then progress to an outward business development role winning new clients and searches for Raw Selection.
