Raw Selection is an executive search firm partnering with Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies to secure executive talent. We are in our next growth phase, with a first milestone of £10M in revenue. To achieve this, we are building the next tranche of graduates to become elite private equity executive search professionals.
What this role includes:
- 9-month development programme: daily role play, call reviews, structured learning.
- Location: Leeds city centre, office-based.
- Compensation: 1st year OTE: £30,000 to £35,000; 2nd year OTE: £50,000 to £80,000.
