Raw Selection is a GENUINE executive search firm based in Leeds City Centre, that works exclusively with Private Equity firms and their Portfolio companies. We undertake searches for CEO, CFO, COO appointments and private equity professionals, mostly for positions in the United States of America.

Our Founder, Alex Rawlings, built Raw Selection with one clear goal—to be the No.1 executive search firm in Private Equity. To make that happen, we need high-performance individuals.
