You’ll be the right-hand partner in operations to the founder, working closely to engineer the systems and culture that enable Raw Selection to grow to £10 Million and beyond.

The Mission

The mission of the Head of Operations is simple – own operations and drive growth. This means:

  • Bandwidth – Create significant bandwidth for the founder to be able to execute.
  • Data Driven Decision Making – Creating the reports and dashboards to drive fast and accurate decision making focused around growth.
  • Document & Automation – Ensuring every workflow is documented, automated if possible and most importantly scalable.
  • Building the infrastructure – Build the framework for a £10M revenue company before we get to it.
  • Efficiency & Automation – Finding ways to automate, delegate, and optimise marketing tasks.

  • 5+ years of experience in operations
  • Execution & Strategy Balance – You can do the hands-on work and build the strategy.
  • Worked in fast growth services companies
  • Ability to connect operations directly to business growth.
  • A track record of problem-solving and delivering exceptional results.
