p strong Data Research Analyst /strong /p p £25,500 basic salary plus bonuses | Located in Leeds City Centre /p p br /p p strong What you will do /strong /p p Researching vital information on companies, executives, contact information and investment statuses, adding, checking and updating records in u Salesforce /u . /p p For each new executive search, you will: /p ul li Identify the relevant companies within the agreed industry and search criteria, ensuring they are recorded in Salesforce. /li li Research the people holding the target role at each company and add or update their records. /li li Identify and record each company’s wider executive leadership team, supporting the team’s referral and business development conversations. /li li Check existing records, fill information gaps and keep data accurate, consistent and organised. /li li Make sure the research and sales teams have complete data ready to use. /li li Help establish a repeatable research and data-entry process for every new search. /li /ul p br /p p For example, when we begin a CEO search in Building Products, you will ensure Salesforce contains the relevant companies, their CEOs and their wider executive leadership teams. /p p br /p p This is a focused research and data-entry role. There are no sales or candidate calls. /p p br /p p strong About Raw Selection /strong /p p Raw Selection is an executive search firm partnering with Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies to appoint CEOs, CFOs, COOs and other senior executives across the US. /p p br /p p Every successful search starts with accurate information. We are hiring a Data Research Analyst to research companies and executives, organise that information in Salesforce and give our team the data they need to identify and approach candidates. /p p br /p p No previous recruitment or CRM experience is required. We will train you from scratch. You need to be a quick learner, hardworking and committed to getting the details right. /p p br /p p strong What success looks like /strong /p p By the end of your first two months, every active search should have the required company and executive data available in Salesforce. /p p br /p p Working with the Head of Operations and VP of Research, you will also help establish a process that gets the required data ready within 48 hours of each new search starting. /p p br /p p Accuracy matters as much as speed. The team needs to trust the information you provide. /p p br /p p strong Who we are looking for /strong /p p You do not need previous experience.
