You'll also play an important role in identifying opportunities for growth and helping shape the future of the agency.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading a portfolio of key client accounts, acting as the day-to-day client partner and trusted adviser
- Building strong, long-term client relationships through proactive account leadership and exceptional service
- Leading integrated campaigns across DRTV, digital, social, print, film, OOH and brand communications
- Managing projects from initial brief through strategy, creative development, production, launch and optimisation
- Leading client meetings and presentations, confidently facilitating discussions with senior stakeholders
- Developing scopes of work, project plans, budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard
- Providing clear direction to internal teams, ensuring strategy, creative, production and project management are aligned throughout delivery
- Identifying opportunities to grow client relationships and introduce new agency services
- Taking ownership of account profitability, forecasting, financial reporting and revenue targets
- Supporting new business opportunities, proposals and pitches where required
- Mentoring and supporting an Account Manager
- Championing collaboration across the agency and helping maintain the high standards of thinking, creativity and delivery that RAW is known for
- Reporting into the Client Partner
What we’re looking for:
- 5-6+ years' experience in Account Management within a creative, advertising or integrated agency
- Proven experience managing senior client relationships and leading complex, integrated campaigns
- Excellent commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, forecasting revenue and growing accounts
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders
- Experience developing project scopes, timelines, budgets and resource plans
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring junior team members
- Calm under pressure with exceptional organisational and project management skills
- Highly collaborative, able to bring together strategy, creative, production and clients to deliver great work
- Proactive, solutions-focused and confident making decisions and navigating ambiguity
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering work of the highest quality
- Experience working with third sector organisations or purpose-led brands would be an advantage, but isn't essential. We're looking for great agency people first and foremost.
- Passion for purpose-led brands and creating campaigns that deliver real-world impact
