Ravical is looking for a Customer Value Manager to own the post-sales journey for our English- and German-speaking clients. Success in this role looks like healthy usage, strong renewals, growing accounts, and clients who can articulate the value they're getting.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role within a SaaS environment
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and German
  • Nice to have: experience in professional services (accountancy) or familiarity with adviser workflows
