Ravensworth Surgery in South Shields is hiring a Medical Receptionist-Telephonist (Care Navigator) to be the friendly first contact for patients and visitors. The role is around 20 hours per week, with shifts from Monday to Friday between 7:45am and 6:00pm (extending to 6:30pm in a few months).
You should have previous medical reception experience and be proficient with EMIS Web; knowledge of SNOMED coding is desirable and training will be provided for an experienced candidate.
