The Medical Receptionist/Care Navigator is the first point of contact for patients, carers, professional colleagues and visitors. As the "face" and "voice" of the surgery, the role projects the care and empathy of services offered. Working across a range of tasks, this role offers a challenging and rewarding experience.
This is a 12‑month temporary contract covering maternity leave at an independent GP practice with around 6,000 patients across two sites. The role runs Monday to Friday, 7:45am–6:00pm, with flexible hours available for the right candidate.
