They hold environmental accreditations and are committed to a clear sustainability roadmap. They've also received external recognition in recent years for the way they look after their people. For a candidate who values working somewhere that takes its culture seriously rather than just talking about it, that kind of track record is worth noting. The business is practical and delivery-focused. Senior people are accessible, commercial input is genuinely valued and decision-making is sensible rather than bureaucratic.

  • Managing the full commercial cycle on M&E contracts from pre-contract through to final account

  • Sound working knowledge of NEC and/or JCT contract forms
  • Strong on variation management, cost reporting and subcontract administration
  • A relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or a related discipline
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently at client and management level
  • CSCS card (desirable)

What's on Offer

  • £65,000 - £75,000 depending on experience
