We are currently seeking an Electrical Supervisor in Leeds to oversee on-site electrical delivery across a busy portfolio of projects in the region. This role suits someone who leads from the front, keeps standards high, and runs a well organised site. You will coordinate labour and subcontractors, drive safe working, and keep programmes moving while maintaining strong quality control throughout.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supervising electrical installation works on live projects across the region
  • Managing electrical labour and subcontractors, coordinating day-to-day site activity
  • Ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme, and to specification
  • Delivering toolbox talks, briefings, and maintaining strong on-site standards
  • Coordinating with project managers, other trades, and site management to keep work fronts moving
  • Planning materials, plant, access and permits ahead of works starting
  • Managing snagging, quality checks, and supporting commissioning readiness
  • Keeping clear site records, progress updates, and reporting issues early

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience supervising electrical works within building services or construction
  • Strong knowledge of electrical installation standards and on-site best practice
  • Ability to lead teams, maintain productivity and keep order on site
  • ECS / CSCS card (essential)
  • SSSTS or SMSTS (preferred)
  • NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent) preferred
  • Full UK driving licence
