What You’ll Be Doing
- Producing accurate and competitive electrical estimates for projects across commercial and public sector buildings
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation

- Identifying potential risks, exclusions, and opportunities within each project scope
- Collaborating with pre-construction and operational teams to align bids with delivery strategy
- Supporting tender submissions and attending post-tender meetings as needed

Skills & Experience Required
- Experience as an Electrical Estimator in the M&E or building services sector
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and installations

- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel
