An established M&E building services contractor is hiring an Electrical Contracts Manager into its Liverpool head office, to lead electrical delivery across its project and framework work.
The work is almost entirely public sector across the North-West: universities, colleges and schools, hospitals and medical centres, and government buildings, for NHS trusts, local authorities and central government. A growing share of it is decarbonisation and refurbishment.
Most of it happens in buildings that stay open while the work goes on. That makes sequencing and client handling as much a part of the job as the installation itself.
