We are offering either a Clinical Director role (salary plus profit share) or partnership in our recently established, independent practice in Mansfield.

Ravensdale Vets is the latest practice within our group of three practices and opened in 2024. Located in Mansfield, we are already gaining a loyal following of lovely clients. Currently led by Sean & James, the Directors, with assistance from other vets in the team, we aim to transition the site leadership to an experienced Clinical Director or Partner this year.

The site has full surgical facilities, ultrasound & X-ray and is equipped as a standalone site, not a branch practice. At present, it is a single vet site supported by a team of 3 RVNs, one SVN, and we have a Receptionist joining us shortly. We are open 8:30 am-7 pm, Mon-Fri, but our vets work 4-day weeks, and the additional day would be covered by our existing team or locum help.

This is a fantastic chance to run a practice without corporate interference, bound only by our values. OOH is offered at our Staveley practice; this can be discussed at interview.

We offer profit sharing for Clinical Directors or are excited to offer a partnership option for this practice. Clinical Director base salary £55,000-£70,000 FTE, 26 days holiday plus BHs, 5 days funded CPD allowance.
