Summary
- Providing personal care and support to residents
- Assisting residents with mobility and toileting needs
- Carrying out regular welfare checks throughout the night
- Responding promptly to call bells and emergencies
- Maintaining accurate care records and handover notes
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability and flexibility to work night shifts
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
- Ensure the home remains clean, safe and secure overnight
- Promoting dignity, privacy, and independence at all times
