Ravensbourne University London is offering an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our IT Services team as a Systems Analyst (Business Systems). This junior role is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience in HR or Finance functions who are seeking to advance their career in systems support and business analysis.
In this role, you\’ll support and help enhance the University’s key business systems—Unit4 ERP (Agresso) for Finance and iTrent for HR. You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across IT, HR, and Finance to maintain system performance, improve user experience, and ensure the integrity and security of our data.

Key Responsibilities
- System Support & Development: Assist in the day-to-day management, maintenance, and enhancement of the Unit4 and iTrent systems.
- User Support & Training: Provide first-line support, troubleshooting, and training to users, helping them maximise the benefits of our systems.
- Data Management & Reporting: Contribute to maintaining data quality, support report generation, and ensure the accuracy of information for informed decision-making.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with HR, Finance, and IT teams to understand business needs and translate them into system improvements.
