We are seeking two Admissions Officers to join our dynamic team, delivering an efficient, customer-focused admissions experience for both domestic and international applicants. From application submission to enrolment, the Admissions team plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and supportive journey for future students.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and process applications across a range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses, for direct applicants and those applying through UCAS.
- Review applications to ensure accuracy, due diligence and compliance with quality standards.
- Issue Confirmations of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) to international applicants and ensure compliance with UKVI regulations.
- Handle phone and email inquiries professionally, offering guidance on CAS issuance, visa applications, fee status assessments and more.
- Provide outstanding service at every stage of the process.
Qualifications
- Experience in higher education admissions with a strong understanding of UCAS processes, CAS issuance, application processing and international qualifications.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with policies and procedures, including visa and CAS regulations.
- Comfortable working to key performance indicators (KPIs) and managing multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment.
- Familiarity with university admissions systems; experience with SITS student records system is preferred.
- Proactive, creative thinking about admissions processes and ability to suggest improvements to enhance the applicant experience.
