We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Deputy Director of Marketing, Brand and UK Student Recruitment to play a critical leadership role in driving our brand, marketing and student recruitment performance. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, Communications and Engagement, you will lead the development and delivery of high-impact marketing and recruitment activity for UK markets, while contributing to global brand growth in partnership with our international recruitment teams. This is a senior, influential role for a strategic marketer and leader who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is motivated by delivering measurable impact.

As Deputy Director, you will:

  • Lead Ravensbourne's marketing, brand and UK student recruitment strategy, ensuring alignment with institutional priorities and growth targets.
  • Act as a brand guardian, championing a consistent, compelling and distinctive Ravensbourne identity across all channels.
  • Take senior responsibility for UK student recruitment marketing and widening participation across pre-degree, undergraduate, postgraduate and professional provision.
  • Drive integrated, data-led marketing campaigns across the full recruitment funnel - from awareness to enrolment.
  • Provide strategic oversight of the University website, social media and digital performance, ensuring strong user experience and conversion.
  • Lead and develop marketing, recruitment, content, campaigns and events teams, fostering innovation, collaboration and high performance.
  • Oversee a portfolio of student recruitment and reputation-building events, including open days, applicant events and graduation.
