Commercial Account Handler

We are looking for a Commercial Account Handler to join an award-winning, Chartered Insurance Broker in the North West. This varied and fast-paced role involves developing relationships with new and existing commercial clients across various sectors, helping them secure the right insurance for their business. Working hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday. The company offers a newly refurbished office with collaborative areas and a supportive team environment. Flexible working arrangements are also available. Responsibilities include: Development of new business opportunities Handling renewals and mid-term amendments Key Skills: Excellent customer service skills Good communication abilities High level of accuracy and attention to detail Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook Qualifications: Minimum of 5 GCSEs A-C, including Maths and English Progression in CII Qualifications is preferred but not essential The role offers a competitive salary up to £35,000, negotiable based on experience, along with benefits such as flexible working, a Christmas bonus, private medical insurance, life assurance, support for CII qualifications, 25 days of annual leave (which increases with service), and additional holiday days at Christmas.
