About Us:

RAVEN is a talent-first brand-building agency operating across Fashion, Beauty, Arts, Entertainment and adjacent cultural spaces. We work with brands and collaborators who don’t just participate in culture, but help shape it. Our work sits at the intersection of communications, talent, community and creative strategy. While we excel at traditional PR and talent marketing, our true differentiation lies in what sits beyond those disciplines: cultural intelligence, instinctive casting, meaningful community engagement, and ideas that travel naturally through real worlds - not just media plans. RAVEN is part of the Miroma Group, a global collective of agencies operating across 35 markets, but our spirit is proudly independent, deeply plugged-in, and rooted in London’s creative landscape.

About the Role:

The Senior Account Director (Culture Marketing) is our senior cultural voice at RAVEN, leading culture marketing across talent, creators, community, partnerships and live moments to deliver work that is distinctly RAVEN-coded and deeply rooted in contemporary culture. You will be a strategic lead and a cultural interpreter, understanding how brands earn credibility, how communities form, and how ideas move through subcultures and creative networks. This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior cultural leadership role at an agency where culture is not a buzzword - it’s the foundation of everything we do. You’ll have the opportunity to shape work that matters - alongside a team that cares deeply about quality, relationships and creative integrity. The role is hands-on, outward-facing and highly influential. You will lead major accounts and projects, mentor teams, shape strategies, and act as a trusted partner to clients - while also being deeply embedded in the cultural fabric of the city (and beyond). This role is for someone who brings conviction, taste, energy, a network of your own and a strong point of view.

Principle duties:

  • Cultural & Strategic Leadership
    • Lead the development of culture-first strategies that integrate talent, creators, community and partnerships into broader brand narratives.
    • Operate from a people/audience-first perspective and know your audience instinctively.
    • Translate cultural insight into clear, commercially intelligent plans - understanding how brands show up credibly within real cultural spaces.
    • Act as a senior strategic partner to clients, guiding them through complex cultural landscapes with clarity and confidence.
    • Shape and oversee strategy decks, proposals and written outputs, ensuring they are sharp and compelling.
    • Bring a strong point of view to every brief. Knowing when to push, when to refine, and when to protect the integrity of an idea.
  • Talent, Creator & Community Ecosystems
    • Lead on senior-level talent and creator strategy: from casting and partnerships to longer-term relationship building.
    • Champion community as a strategic pillar, not an add-on - identifying meaningful ways brands can engage collectives and creative networks.
    • Maintain a strong grasp of emerging and established cultural figures across fashion, music, sport, nightlife, art and digital culture.
    • Build and nurture long-term relationships with agents, managers, creatives, stylists, founders and cultural connectors.
    • Guide teams on instinctive, thoughtful (sometimes surprising!) casting choices.
  • Relationship-Building & Cultural Presence
    • Act as a visible, trusted presence for RAVEN within London’s creative and cultural communities.
    • Forge relationships across all creative corners of the city - from grassroots scenes to established institutions.
    • Identify opportunities for brands to participate in culture through events, partnerships, collaborations and moments that feel earned.
    • Represent RAVEN with warmth, confidence and authority.
  • Client Leadership & Delivery
    • Lead day-to-day client relationships across multiple accounts, ensuring work is delivered to an exceptional standard.
    • Balance creative ambition with commercial reality, managing budgets, timelines and expectations with rigour.
    • Oversee reporting and evaluation, ensuring cultural impact is translated into meaningful results.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship
    • Lead and mentor Managers and Executives, setting the standard for thinking, behaviour and delivery.
    • Create a collaborative, ambitious team culture rooted in generosity, curiosity and accountability.
    • Provide clear direction, feedback and support - helping junior team members grow their confidence and craft.
    • Play an active role in shaping RAVEN’s culture marketing delivery as it evolves.
  • Agency Growth & Contribution
    • Contribute to new business conversations and pitches, particularly where cultural strategy is central.
    • Identify new opportunities for RAVEN to deepen its cultural offering and partnerships.
    • Act as a senior cultural sounding board internally - sharing insight, instinct and perspective across the agency.

About You:

You have significant experience (min. 5 years in the industry) leading culture-led, talent-driven or community-focused work at a senior level - and across all media and disciplines. We are interested not only in purist Fashion & Beauty experience, but in all adjacent spaces. You possess natural cultural intuition: an ability to sense what feels forced vs. what will endure. You are deeply connected to contemporary culture across fashion, beauty, music, art, nightlife, sport and digital spaces. You are a strategic thinker who can articulate ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing. You balance creative instinct with commercial intelligence and operational discipline. You thrive in fast-paced environments and understand that senior roles require commitment, flexibility and ownership. You bring energy, curiosity and generosity to your work.
